Questioning beliefs

We speak about losing our minds as if it is a bad thing. I say, lose your mind. Do it purposefully. Find out who you really are beyond your thoughts and beliefs. Lose your mind, find your soul.

Becoming attached to our beliefs is self-limiting.
While hanging with like-minded people might be comforting, it is not growth-promoting.
Advice to avoid "toxic" relationships does not sit well with me. We attract people who challenge us to become better versions of ourselves.
We can be the change we aspire to see in others.
At times, creating healthy boundaries is essential and requires tactful skill.
We evolve when we immerse ourselves among those with contrarian thoughts and beliefs.
The need to win every argument serves no one well, but debate is healthy.
Venturing beyond the pale or outside the safety and comforts of home provides an opportunity to broaden our horizons, break down barriers, and undergo personal growth.
Over the past couple of weeks, we have been surrounded by extended family, including some from abroad. I have enjoyed having my beliefs questioned and become more open to revising them.
To become enlightened, we must continue to embrace discomfort.
