You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of.

- Jim Rohn

Having overcome many self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and behaviours over the past five years, I am inclined to help others do the same.

The most important life lesson I have had the opportunity to learn is to take 100% responsibility for everything that happens in my life - no blaming, complaining or excuse-making.

Mindset shift from victim to victor

All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you.

~ Wayne Dyer

I have either created or allowed everything that has happened in my life. Every challenge has presented an opportunity for me to learn and grow. Failures have imparted more wisdom than successes.

Only when we begin to feel and express gratitude for whatever we experience in life - good or bad - do we thrive.

I have not mastered taking 100% personal responsibility, but I continue to hold myself accountable.

It is empowering to believe that I create my reality and that when I change my story, I change my life.
