“It is better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit.”

~ Les Brown

I write my own story and I like happy endings.

I'm not a victim of circumstance. I choose my outcome. I create my own reality. This is the greatest lesson I've learned to date - by far the most empowering.

Getting out of my head and opening my heart was the route to this insight. I became one with everything ;) I now have a little more compassion, selflessness, gratitude, peace of mind and vitality. I'm living well, feeling better, ageing gracefully.

The road I have chosen over the past decade has been a road less traveled. Fitting in was not my priority. Overcoming self-limiting thoughts and beliefs was. I have a long way to go, but so far I have dropped a lot of baggage - literally and metaphorically. Respectfully, I had the courage to question the teachings of my cultural editors (relatives, teachers, doctors, clergy) - create my own path. Consequently, in mid life, I feel better than ever. I have abundant energy. I have a reason to get up in the morning, and I have become a better server.

It's time for me to become more visible - reach more people - have a greater impact. Not sure how yet. But I know my goals and dreams, no matter how BIG, do come true. So I'll aim high.

This is [was] my last post on my old blog site - Live well Age gracefully . I did it! One year of weekly blogging. I learned so much. [I missed blogging, so, after many life altering experiences over the last few years, I'm starting again in this new site - Live well feel better. ]

A heartfelt thank you to all of you who took the time to read what I've posted.

I leave you with a reminder to dream BIG, add value, ignite your passion, make a difference, and enrich the lives of others. Leave a legacy of well-th while living well and ageing gracefully!
